Anyone remember eating here?  Was this once the "Lido" where they had a lady playing the organ?  I think I'm confused!  [No shock there!!!]

Lido: There were three Lidos in the early 1950s, owned by the same people. 

Lido Cafeteria at 615 Main, Lido Inn at 103 Roosevelt and Lido Minute Man at 

407 Broadway. Wes Hall bought the Broadway location and turned it into Wes 

Hall’s Minute Man, the Main Street cafeteria closed and by 1959 the Lido Inn at 

Main and Roosevelt was the only one remaining.”

CLASS NEWS

I've heard from BILL SHARP.  He and wife, June, are still living in Florida and he 

reports that he is 17 years clean and sober!  He had open-heart surgery about

5 years ago, but back to his old self.  Uh oh, Bill~~~~~  So good to hear from

this old Starduster!

Janet Spears has been really busy lately.  First she and Henry moved!!  And then

she had gall bladder surgery.  She's happy all the way around and doing well.  If

you need her new address, just ask.  No landline anymore, just cell.
