CLASS NEWS:
Last week was a story about Bill Shell - Dr. Shell - Knoxville, Tennessee, and his beautiful home. I received the following immediately from Jerrine Jones. Small world!!!!

Marylou,

Thanks for the information about Bill Shell.  I was in Knoxville last week to visit friends who are involved with the Knoxville Symphony League qnd they shared with me their plans for a special event to benefit the Symphony at this fabulous house....they showed me pictures of every inch of the house and described where people would be, etc.  It sits on a hill overlooking the Tennessee River and is surrounded by several acres of wooded land. A beautiful setting

Until I got your Throw Back today, I had no idea who Dr. Shell was; then I went to the link to UT that you sent...and was blown away by pictures of the glass house.

What a coincidence!

All the furniture in the house was custom made to fit into certain places in the house.  The house has recently been sold...with all the furniture.
